Can not run PDF reports from Jbosse server apache2 in windows 2003 server. in IFS
We can not run PDF reports contentiously from the report server which is ran by J boss and Apache2 servers and need to re start the server PC related services when that time.
Possible Reason
In the server, jboss server shows the in-sufficient memory of java(java heap size). As a work around, we have increased the os memory and java memory. But it was not successful, after increasing the memory, jboss server was not started. reason was java version is 32bit version. As a oracle recommend, we can only increase java heap size up to 1.6GB in the java 32bit version. I have checked the os architecture, it also 32bit version. Therefore, we cannot install the 64-bit java version on this server. Therefore, we have to keep the 512mb -1512mb java heap size on this server.
